EVERYDAYJESUS and my favorite word!

I love a lot of things with my whole being. In fact, I sometimes think I love them more than Christ! I know you would be birling on the sea of doubt of the authenticity of my ‘born-againness’ right now, of course I couldn’t care less as long as am saying the truth which is the only tool for my ‘emancipation’ from all ‘bondage’!

So, here’s my lead-in:

I am the body with the effulgent guy with the sobriquet, ‘Symolean Mikado Goodest’. Although I am an abecedarian at locutions, some fellas still aver that I am ‘megaloquent’, ‘logophile’, polymath and of course a huge Philomath and would run miles and miles away from my knitting crafts with the claim that I am enigmatic.

Okay, enough of all this stupid rambling. I love words! I love knowledge! I can go any length to increase the number of lexicons in my active vocabulary same goes for what I know. I wouldn’t mind jeopardizing a thing just to learn anything that catches my fancy because knowledge makes me feel like the small rudder the mighty ship just can’t do without. Words make me feel like the Mikado of the whole wide world. They make me feel so powerful and invincible! Knowledge gets me so intoxicated and most times, they make me think that I could see into other realms. They make me feel so complete that nothing else would matter to me the way they do.

But sometimes, these words I manipulate in different manners to get varying effects on my spheres turn to a cup of poison that I drink without knowing. They remove the prop with which they suspend me on the ‘most-high-state’ and my sacral vertebrae suffers the pain.

For your information, the word I was talking about is literally word, the tool of communication that unlocks the mysteries of our heart.

Nevertheless, Jesus has become to me every day, the WORD, and for all time! He is everything said and unsaid! He is the Wisdom of God, He is the spoken Word that could the big bang, in case you are a big fan of the theory! He is the Knowledge that both quenches my spirits curiosity, yet He still knows how to make me want some more!

He is Jesus!

Being surrounded by an armada of advisers could be tiring that at some points, you feel like driving your life as you please.

You just want to tell them that you are no more their little boy or girl that you could do things right without them forgetting that Proverbs 11:14 suggested that multitudes of counsel is safety while, like the fool in Proverbs 12:15, we follow our own inclinations.

Plunging deeper into the wrong water and plying the wrong route, claiming ‘over men’, we still fall under the ropes that we should have walked on.

Yet we know not how to help ourselves.

We see how unfledged we are so we lift our voice like the author of Lamentations 5:21, asking them to come to our aid but the funny story is that they have tagged us the People of Jeremiah 7:26-28. And are demanding that we do according to Jeremiah7:29, yet the parable of hair cutting still remain unfathomable.

That was our lot for he that is stiff necked will be suddenly destroyed but thank God for Jesus whose Mercy endureth forever and we were not consumed.

EverydayJesus’ the Fierceness of Love!

The fierceness of his love
Left him with no shield of self-will
Not his will he did
Dangerously advanced towards the cross
Peter trying to ice his zeal
His will became real
To do the father’s will
Self was lost
Pain gained
Yet this ferocity never left him
So Saul caught the flu of physical blindness
Only to be inducted into spiritual sight-seeing
The fuel to his new fierceness.

EverydayJesus’ the Two!

If I were Dante
in the third sheet I’d say,
“leave every hope, o ye that enter”.

For One is Lucia
And the Other Lucifer
The Other brings dawn
Keeps us fawning for corruption
Glued us to hedonism
And kissing of things we should have despised
But One like a cork opener
Allows us to enjoy fresh air
And life without end.

One is a teacher
Penance the castle he lived in
the other on pride abides
A war Lord who defeats
Men too careless.

One is mercy and pity
The Other brutality
One is genuine
and the other falsehood
Ravaging the neighborhood of dust with lies
Arts, and daubing of life
Instead of face.

One builds with stones; precious and durable
the other found his work on hay
Creating too many ways
Yet One offers one way.

One upholds the ancient landmark
To touch not from the heart
But the Other resizes the landmark
Covering it with a blanket of
Heart bigger than acts
The things we can’t really be in light
And the things that war in us
As his premise.

The Other seemingly quiet
Waiting for the sun to rise in Venus
To make the mounds of Venus receptive
Of the seeds our hearts had sown
Against the warnings of One
To protect our light
And abide not in Venus.

Yet One still call us to
Take hold of every hope,
As we enter the fight against the shadow
With armor built by One.
