The Mutant loves because they are alive; the world hates they are dead.
To love is to live; to hate is to die
Lovers are living men; haters are dead men
Love is the Great Enlightenment; hate is the great darkness.
The Mutant lives in the Age of
Enlightenment; the world lives in the Dark Age.
Love the Light; hate the dark.
To love is to know; to hate, is to not know.
To love is to know God; to hate is to not know God.
Knowledge is the Love maturity, this is the Christian maturity, and this is also the very core of God, the Bible and who He is.
For me, enlightenment is when you know
Enough to put your life in the line for another
Without them even knowing it, let alone
Reciprocating the gesture- this is not rocket science, is it?

I want to believe that I didn’t write this piece. I decided to do a review on it. I don’t know how many of us noticed it or were as perplexed by it as I was when I did see it. Oh well.
The mere contradiction of this piece’s pieces is a good lesson in the law of excluded middle. Jesus can’t be said to hate the darkness, and be light all at once, since ‘Hate is Darkness’. Please, as Poets, Songwriters, Novelist, Scriptwriters… lets be as Theo-politically or theologically correct as possible. Poetry is not some meager field for making the barest shard of reason. There are thousands of Christian
Poets out there and when one of us dishes out slurp, it is easy to believe there is no reverberation. But we do this for eternity, we do this for souls, we do this for Truth…so let’s watch it.
Jesus is not Deos Obscurus, he is the revelation of God. There’s a lot that I can tell you about the Darkness, but isn’t it better I tell you of the light? Language is like a river, and our arts are boats of different kinds. The people who have boarded your piece expect to be taken to somewhere meaningful; please don’t drown them in cognitionlessness.
And don’t call yourself a mutant. You are a new creation.

YOU REALY NEED TO SHOWER.

Growing up I have learnt about God most effectively in pictures and over time I have come to believe that the things we see are a shadow of the spiritual things we don’t see (physically).
So one day I sat at home feeling very lazy, so lazy that I gave myself the ultimate excuse ‘I didn’t go anywhere today, I’m not dirty so I don’t need to wash’ but then again as a whiff of silly embarrassment flushed down my body I got up and ran to take a shower…
It got me thinking though, why do we really have a wash?
I mean if the only reason is to wash off the dust on our bodies from the day then we can avoid baths if we sit indoors away from dust and dirt right?

Okay picture this, pick a room, a very neat room and stay there, away from the dirt outside, don’t shower, don’t wash, just sit in the clean room. One day, two days, three days…

You will begin to stink.
The real dirt we physically wash off is from the inside. When you finally leave That room, you’d probably rush into the bathroom to have a wash with Water. A normal person does this atleast once daily. (unless of course your carrying out this experiment literally).
We are washed by the water of the Word daily. When we don’t, we begin to stink.

Extend the days and you’d probably choke on your fowl smell, so you see? You become the carcass that you really are, slowly but surely if you keep up with that act, just be there don’t wash up, dirt will be extremely obvious, you will decay eventually.
To not wash with the Word daily is to embrace corruption. Where there is no purification, there’s only one thing left, it’s antithesis… death.
The washing of the word transforms us. As we expose our lives to the cleansing refreshing waters of Christ the Living Word of God, we become Life eternal. This is the hope we have, that when you have a wash you will come out fresh, clean, feeling lighter we are cleansed.
So until 2 Corinthians 5:4 is fulfilled, keep Washing 🙂

2 Corinthians 5:4 : ‘…for we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened not for that we would be unclothed, but further clothed upon, that mortality may be swallowed up of Life. ‘

EVERYDAYJESUS’ Free Download DIY! (An update)

The Word of God does not return to Him void. It must accomplish His purpose for the sending. This means that when God uploads any file online, the file can never return to Him without someone downloading it. All we should do is to ensure that we were part of those that downloaded it. We are therefore supposed to have the data required for our download. Faith is our data!
Par exemplar,
If I want a video, I just get some data to download my video. In the same way, if I want a guitar, I look in my Bible to stir up my faith (data) that will enable me receive that which had already been given.
‘Given’, because in His Word everything was uploaded ‘online’.
I have everything I need in Jesus’ name. My father has uploaded everything that pertains to life and godliness. All that I need to do is to just download.
Besides every one of my download is free. Receiving is free because I have free access to do all my downloads. This license is the Name of Jesus. It is a Family heritage- if you know what I mean.
So family lets download!
Call it a game if you like!

EVERYDAYJESUS’ ‘nomo’ phobia! (An update)

Since I was little, I had this strong phobia for both heights and depths. Jesus knows that unlike the woman at the well, He is not likely to find me at the well, because I would make every excuse that would excuse me from drawing from the well at my street in the Coal City let alone drawing from the well of living water- that is if well encounters or ‘being at the right place at the right time’ was a criterion for receiving the promised eternal Life.
Jesus knows too that I would never sing to ask Him to take me, and plant my feet on any higher grounds- that is if ‘ higher grounds’ were taken literally because I so cannot trade the comfort of the safe haven I have found on floors for any heights in this world- literally speaking, puhleez!
Recently, I saw myself running carefree to meet up with a deadline along a Ulysses huge overhead bridge at Abuja, with all the speeding vehicles underneath. So I was taken aback.
What had changed in me?
I realized that my phobia, (the fears behind my fears) were all gone. Then, I was not afraid of the heights but I was afraid of falling and crashing. I was not afraid of depths but I was simply afraid of falling and getting lost in the deep.
So what or who took away the fears behind my fears?
I’d say that only Love did.
I found Love and everything about me changed. The comfort and assurance in the love of my Father in Christ Jesus reassures me that He would never leave me by myself, therefore if I must crash or fall into any deep, then He would fall and crash with me. Thank God that God is safe. Besides, I know that He loves me much more than I love myself. The love of Christ changes us, and it has renewed my mind, and transformed me.
“And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge -that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God”- Ephesians 4: 17b-19( NIV).
Because perfect love casts out all fears- including the fears behind the fears.
