How easy it is to use many words
And give little thought to the things you say
so willingly yield your lips to the lord
and hearts will be blest by them everyday.

I am DaNiel Achi-kanu. I am a Son of God, perhaps like you. I’m also a poet, I’d like you to know about PENSPEAK 2016- A spoken word poetry event happening in the UNN this May.
PensPeak ’15 found me in audience starry eyed staring at God’s stars in the sky of our generation…
But it was early in the evening…and as the year evened out even I found myself picking up the pieces of my blown away mind…
PensPeak ’16 found me piecing pieces to Peace and please don’t simply be pleased by this piece of pieces…
Its early in the eve of the evening when its happening. Happen in tune with us…even out the event with us.
UNN, May 19.

QUICK QUOTEs
The world’s anguish is no different from the love we insist on holding back.

THE BRIGHT SIDE…
I have come to realize that most often than not, we do more of complaining. The most comfortable and convenient thing to do, when we are going through life issues, is complain. When we lose loved ones, we complain. When we lose our jobs, we complain. When we go through rejection, we complain. When we seem to be encumbered, the easiest thing to do at those times my friends is to complain.
One of my discoveries about complaining is that it creates a negative atmosphere for bad situations to thrive. The more you talk about a bad situation, the more they are magnified. Sometimes we go so far that we even miss the path to the solution.
I have also realized that we complain to get sympathy. We try to make people believe it was not our fault that we are going through what we are going through. At some of those times, the people we complain to seem not to care. It really may not be that they do not want to show care, but they also have things they are dealing with. Not to sound mean, but just know that people do not owe you to care. So when you complain and it is as though no one cares, do not get distraught, just know they do not owe you to care.
When life throws darts and arrows at you, do not resort to complaining, just locate the bright side. I have emphasized on this series that the things we go through are not meant to destroy us (except we let them), but they are designed to make us better. One key to coming out better after the process is to look on the bright side. This helps you draw positive energy to go through the process. Rather than complain, look on the bright side.
#THE PROCESS
Please share with others and let it bless them as it blessed you
Stay blessed.
and a happy new month to you!

Book Review: MOUNTAIN MOVING FAITH- By Kenneth E. Hagin

Book: Mountain Moving Faith
Publishers: Faith Library Publications
Pages: 174pp
Kenneth Hagin (1917 – 2003), a man who at an early age was diagnosed as having a deformed heart and an incurable blood disease, got miraculously healed; following this, he began the “word of faith movement”, ministering round the world and teaching believers about the effectiveness of faith.
In his book, Mountain Moving Faith, Hagin tells the story of his healing. Using as a basis the study of Mark 21:22-26, he ascertains that a believer doesn’t need to pray for faith- every (true) believer already has the God-inspired kind of faith. He reveals the importance of faith in the Christian walk with God, and why every believer ought to ‘exercise’ their faith. Faith, he explains, is measurable, and ought not to remain stagnant but rather increase. He further teaches about having faith for finances and for the meeting of the need of others. Mountain moving faith teaches believers to use and grow their faith.
The author’s use of life experiences to convey his message establishing every scripture he quotes with many more biblical references helps the believer to get an extensive understanding of the biblical concept of faith. Hagin also emphasizes that hoping isn’t merely believing, but is proved in its being acted upon.
Faith is the foundation of the Christian life. Without it, there is really no Christian life to speak of. All we will ever need is available for the taking. God has promised this. And this book simply makes this crystal clear.
