#EVERYDAYJESUS won’t force you (Symolean Mikado Goodest)

The sight his eyes met when he moved his head in favour of the shadow behind the open window was one he’d always wished would last for eternity. It reminded him of all the dreams he had clung to as a little boy and how time has orchestrated his total distancing from his hopes.

The lush vegetation quietly dancing to the rhythm of the soft wind called to mind how at ease he had always been even when it was as though life was beating an unknown drum beat for him to dance to.

He had decided to wear insensitivity as his armour against the hurts that people were bound to shoot him with, with and without cause. He never assumed that this new found harbour of solace, the one he had built would be to his own undoing. He had tried as much as possible to convince himself that it has never actually been his fault that he got drenched in the rain of despair but the more he tried to erect an edifice of alibi, the more he saw his shortcomings. It wasn’t as though anyone had come with the mindset of getting his heart broken like a glass that slips from one’s hand but how it normally ends up turned him from a child full of vigour to one who has over a quarter of his days spent in despondency. He could not get his eyes off the lawn where the starlings busied themselves jumping from the hibiscus flowers that served as the boundary and perhaps eat the insects that came for a feast on the nectars. He could not place himself in the story written right before his eyes. He was like the insects that troubles had made it’s assignment to destroy. He looked at the starlings and saw more of his old self (though he never really got involved in destroying others). That was how his life had been a few years ago.

He had been the paragon of cheerfulness and revelry until the thought to free himself of all that really mattered to him grew as tall as the Iroko. Loneliness became a thing to give a warm embrace, at least to run away from the never ending debacle that people brought to his heart.

He tried to convince himself that no one was worth living for and if need for counsel arises, he could always get involved in emotional whoring to relieve his chest  of his burden, though he would be reticent. At least, that would be safer than letting a foe hiding in your skin as friend divulge your secrets to enemies you already know.

He could see his life at the brink of getting shattered. The solace he had ran to finally turned to an enemy bent on turning him to a man marked with the kind of insanity only solitude could offer.

He would never admit his plight. He swallowed his pains and fears hard although deep within he knew he could have asked for help from the master but his ego never allowed him.

He was the pharisee that was blind but never admitted to Jesus that he may have sight. He died blind.

John 9:35-41
Jesus heard that they had put him out, and meeting him He said, Do you believe in and adhere to the Son of Man or the Son of God?

He answered, Who is He, Sir? Tell me, that I may believe in and adhere to Him.

Jesus said to him, You have seen Him; [in fact] He is talking to you right now.

He called out, Lord, I believe! [I rely on, I trust, I cleave to You!] And he worshiped Him.

Then Jesus said, I came into this world for judgment [as a Separator, in order that there may be  separation between those who believe on Me and those who reject Me], to make the sightless see and to make those who see become blind.

Some Pharisees who were near, hearing this remark, said to Him, Are we also blind?

Jesus said to them, If you were blind, you would have no sin; but because you now claim to have sight, your sin remains. [If you were blind, you would not be guilty of sin; but because you insist, We do see clearly, you are unable to escape your guilt.]

Everyday Jesus will only help if you allow him…

#EVERYDAYJESUS is not Judgemental

Am familiar with humanity. I know how much you form bad opinion of others on your first contact. I know you are always in the mood to attribute every single mishap that comes your way to the fornication you were in the previous night, the lies you told and the wrong judgement of me you made years back. Rain falls and destroys your crop and you quickly tell the world that it was I who planned it all…because you did not pay your tithe.

Am patient… following you from one pillar to post begging you to listen to what I have for you…

I am not happy with your sinful nature and I’d rather not be there and serve as the commander that would permit the devil to destroy you in hell though you have one eye, or listen to the devil pouring recriminations on you and watch carry the guilty as your weak nature permits. I want you to know that all that comes your way are aimed at making you mature and to display my works, my might, my solution providing ability to the world.

Never assume that I am angry with you… I love you and would not want to see you suffering for your sins, which I don’t really see.

Allow me to remove the veil from your eyes.

John 6-9

#EVERYDAYJESUS is our decorum (UbaAmara) 1

Philippians 4

Let your moderation be known unto all men (the coming of the Lord is near). Even though as believers we are not accountable unto the world, we are accountable for them. Let not what you do or neglect to do stop your brother or sister from accepting the love of Christ. Let the love of Christ be seen in everything you do and say. If God’s love is not seen, it’s not of the spirit, but of the flesh. And as Christians, we are to walk in the spirit, and not in the flesh or after the flesh.

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Think on such things as are TRUE, and HONEST, and JUST, and PURE, and LOVELY, and OF GOOD REPORT, insomuch as there is written in them, ad are praiseworthy.

Through whatever way it pleases the lord to take me through, I’ll have no fear, for I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

You would do well to fellowship with the suffering of your instructor-in-Christ, or pastor, as the case may be. We should not turn our heads to the left or right when he is in need, only to look to him when it’s time to receive the word. For indeed God desires that we should share in all good things with those who are shepherds over our souls. Truth is, in doing all these, you are not exactly doing him a favor, for God is able to supply all his needs; indeed you are doing yourself a great favor.

Phil. 4:17.
And when you give unto them, you give unto God.

vs.18.
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. And the riches is real plenty- take due advantage of it.

Now unto God and our father be the glory forever and ever, and the grace of our lord Jesus Christ be with you.

#EVERYDAYJESUS is The Word (UbaAmara) 1

JOSHUA 1

“There shall not any man be able to stand before you all the days of your life. I will be with you: I will not fail you, nor forsake you”.

Verse 8 tells us that meditating on God’s word is a perquisite for keeping it and living it, which in turn insures a life of prosperity and good success. This is very important to understand as peter tells us in 2nd Peter 1:3 that God’s divine power has given unto Us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, which means that everything we need to live well here on earth and the wherewithal to live a life pleasing to God has been made available to us through the power of God. But then that verse didn’t end there: it specified that there precious promises can be accessed only through the knowledge of him that has called us to glory and goodness.
This goes to say that without knowledge of the owner of the divine power, we may have a tough time laying hold on the wonderful things so promised. This is where verse 8 of Joshua 1 comes to play: if you want to know God, go to his word.

Look at it this way; if for instance you wanted to know something about a man who lived a long time ago, say, Aristotle, you  would have to source materials and read a whole lot about him and the works he had written. It is about the same thing.
Remember that Jesus is the word made flesh, and he is God as well. So if you really want to know God, bury your head in his word, meditate on it night and day, until it is written on the walls of yours heart. Do this until his word comes alive in your spirit; for God’s word is spirit and life: as he lives, so does his word. They are no ordinary words of Man’s wisdom, but are living words that have the capacity to turn a man’s life around.

As you do this, your mind is renewed, and your life is freshened, everyday. It gets to a point where you open your mouth and the word comes out. Words that are spirit and life, just as Jesus’ words were: Living words.
At this point, you will not have to go to the mountain to get thin for several days to get the word to work for you (that is not even the purpose for fasting, in the first place.). The word will always work for you, because you know the word, and are living word.

As Jesus says “you shall know the truth, and the truth (you know) will set you free”.

It is the word you know beyond every doubt that sets you free. If it’s not alive in your spirit, if it’s not in your heart, it remains latent. For it’s the word that goes forth that works: the bible says that you shall have what you say. You cannot say what you don’t know. Know the word, know God, speak the word, speak as God.

#EVERYDAYJESUS speaks truth

John 7:18
He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

John 9:4
I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work

John 8:31-32
Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

In my experience I have come to accept that the most primal need of every artist is that of communication. No matter the definition or style when art is misunderstood, the pain hits hard on the artist in ways psychologists can only write about. Hence when we do art we try our best to portray what only our eyes see and try to bring into reality so that without explanation our art speaks for us and you now see what we saw. So yes beyond all the razzmatazz we all including the best of us are just trying to say something…

Now there lies my issue: if you are going to say something, let it be worth hearing or in the words of my friend Glofame ”keep shut and I’d have noticed you for your silence”.

Now I know you have things to say you believe are worth hearing but hold your horses. First, lets classify your message. If something is essentially correct you have just stated a fact but if something is universally and absolutely correct at all times it is then considered the TRUTH. Now since only one can boast of such wisdom, I make bold to say that the truth is what God says it is.
This is why we cannot afford to focus our attention on ourselves for only through Him can we deliver the truth about every issue of life. Whether we recognise it or not, whether we accept it or not we have a responsibility to feed the world with the truth through our art forms. We are today our generation’s Christs hence we have to make the truth heard in all the corners of the earth because everyday Jesus speaks truth

#EVERYDAYJESUS knows

On Saturday I urgently needed to fix my cloth as I needed to appear smart where I was to speak that day. I took the cloth to my tailor and asked him to fix the little opening near the pocket.
The man turned the cloth inside out and then began to TEAR the pocket with his hands… Hah! I was like, “I said you should sew, not tear”.
So I shouted, ‘You are tearing my cloth o’.
But he replied “I KNOW”.
Those two words sank into me like a heavy stone sinks in water. I couldn’t talk again.
He’s the tailor, and I’m just a customer. Even though I couldn’t relate tearing with sewing but the Tailor says “I KNOW”.
God is saying, ‘I KNOW’.
He hears your complaints.
Father, My fiancee just left me… ‘I KNOW’.
I have no man to pay my fees… ‘I KNOW’
I was rejected at the embassy again… ‘I KNOW’
I have no money to cater for my needs… ‘I KNOW’
So many times when the Lord is fixing us, He starts by ‘tearing’ us. Tearing our confidence in ourselves, Tearing all our philosophies, Tearing our pride and fake humility, Tearing the things we call dear and giving us the truly dear things.
The only thing necessary is wisdom. Wisdom to know when it is the Lord and when it isn’t the Lord. The devil tears to kill, God tears to Fix. God tears the old to give you the new.
God’s tearing fire only refines His own. God’s tearing
approaches only yields the peaceable fruit of Righteousness.
So in reality, God tears no man, He only makes. We call it tearing, He calls it Making. We call it breaking, He calls it building. He knows you have need even before you ask. That’s why when we complain… He responds thus: ‘I KNOW’.

For I KNOW the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
-JEREMIAH 29:11
Trust God.
My clothes came out better. You are coming out better too…

Need I say more?

#EverdayJesus …is the message

Beloved, with the very last ounce of your breath, RESIST HELL, Now – while alive!

There is no human word to describe the Cruelty; the Stench; the Horror; the Pains; the Regrets and, the Gloom, in HELL!

A Good Church Life without CHRIST inside your Heart is, automatic Hell!! Rom. 8: 9b

How do you know you have Christ in your Heart?

*No Hatred but Love!
*No Witchcraft but the HolyGhost!
*No Malice but Forgiveness!
*No Lies but Truth!
*No Evil but Goodness!
*No Idolatry but Christ!
*No Immorality but Holiness!
*No Revelling but Worship!
*No Drunkenness but Sobriety!
*No Self but Christ!

Rev. 21:27
And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

PLEASE, Save your Precious SOUL from HELL – Now!!!

No one can save their own soul. Stop all this kinda messages.

As Moses lifted up the bronze serpent, The Son of God is lifted up…(John 3:13-18)

His blood is the ransom for our souls, paid to God, because ALL have sinned. (1John 1:7-9)

Instead of preaching the Gospel of Hell, TELL THE WORLD THE GOOD NEWS.

Nobody sent you to preach the gospel of hell, so GROW UP!!!

People are living wasted lives because instead of showing them love, most of us are busy either threatening them with hell or acting like God’s only children.

1 Corinthians 13

1John 1-3
Beloved, do not put faith in every spirit, but prove (test) the spirits to discover whether they proceed from God; for many false prophets have gone forth into the world.

By this you may know (perceive and recognize) the Spirit of God: every spirit which acknowledges and confesses [the fact] that Jesus Christ (the Messiah) [actually] has become man and has come in the flesh is of God [has God for its source];

And every spirit which does not acknowledge and confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh [but would annul, destroy, sever, disunite Him] is not of God [does not proceed from Him]. This [nonconfession] is the [spirit] of the antichrist, [of] which you heard that it was coming, and now it is already in the world.

And 7-13
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is (springs) from God; and he who loves [his fellowmen] is begotten (born) of God and is coming [progressively] to know and understand God [to perceive and recognize and get a better and clearer knowledge of Him].

He who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love.

In this the love of God was made manifest (displayed) where we are concerned: in that God sent His Son, the only begotten or unique [Son], into the world so that we might live through Him.

In this is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation (the atoning sacrifice) for our sins.

Beloved, if God loved us so [very much], we also ought to love one another.

No man has at any time [yet] seen God. But if we love one another, God abides (lives and remains) in us and His love (that love which is essentially His) is brought to completion (to its full maturity, runs its full course, is perfected) in us!

By this we come to know (perceive, recognize, and understand) that we abide (live and remain) in Him and He in us: because He has given (imparted) to us of His [Holy] Spirit.

Grow up and #sticktotheWord

You should submit to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you.
Sin won’t take anyone to Hell…faithlessness in Jesus will.

So instead of Hell…  EVERYDAY JESUS is all you should preach.

“IT IS WELL!”

(Your Life Responses Are Important)

2 Kings 4:26

“Please run now to meet her, and say to her, ‘Is it well with you? Is it well with your husband? Is it well with the child?’ ” And she answered, “It is well.”

LET’S TALK.

When you read the scripture above in context, you’ll see that the Shunammite woman was rushing to go see the Prophet Elisha, because her son had just died.
On sighting her from a distance, Elisha asked his servant to go and enquire from her if all was well. When the prophet’s servant asked her, “Is it well with you, with your husband, and with your child?” she replied, “It is well.” At no time did she change her positive confession, and because of her persistence, she got her boy back to life. That’s faith!

What would your response be if the college you applied to sent you a rejection letter? Would you say, “Nothing ever seems to go right for me” or “It’s all working out for my good”? If your grades weren’t up to par as you wanted, would you say, “I’m just a flop” or “Success is my birthright”? If you received sad news from home, would you declare God’s peace over your home or break down in tears?

You must realise that it’s not just what happens in your life that’s important, but what you do about it. When the storms of life rage, you must learn to respond in faith and not according to your senses. Responding in faith will cause a change in the situation, while following your senses will cause you to be overcome.

To respond in faith, you need to fill your heart with God’s Word, because faith comes by hearing the Word. Besides, your response would always be based on what is in your heart. So, the next time you feel the squeeze of life, don’t cry, run away, or wallow in self-pity. Focus on the Word, and declare what it says about your situation.

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. Romans 8:37

Now normally I don’t like to copy and just paste stuff for you. But you see, a friend of mine is going through a difficult time, I almost want to ignore it all and leave him to it but that isn’t right. I see him holding himself together and all and I can’t help wondering..

Would I react the same in his shoes?

Of course I’m never getting in his shoes.

But you see there’s something Our Father told me once.

IF YOU LOOKED AT YOUR PROBLEMS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF OF ETERNITY…SEE YOURSELF IN THE NEW HEAVEN AND NEW EARTH, WHERE YOU LIVE FOREVER…DO YOUR PRESENT PROBLEMS MATTER THEN?

YOU ARE ETERNAL. That’s a fact. Focusing totally on today’s issues like they are the deciders of your destiny is totally childish…

Don’t forget…😎

ALL THINGS {GOOD AND BAD} DO WORK TOGETHER FOR THE GOOD OF THEY THAT LOVE GOD AND ARE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE.
[Romans 8:28]
