EVERYDAY JESUS

The room was spinning with beads of sweat running down my forehead. I was laid down on the bed apparently so ill. No one was home just me. I had to put a good pretense so moma and siblings could go to their respective working place and school.
Lost for what seemed like ages; pains kept ripping through me.Then it happened ; my head began to spin;my temperature rose so high and I felt myself slipping into the cold hands of death yet I thought it would be better I just died and leave this crazy world. My soul felt suddenly at rest lying down on the bed of the one I love best “Moma” made dying more appealing because I thought it romantic!

Then it popped somewhere in my head, Mathew 5 v 14: “you are the light of the world; a city set on the hill which cannot be hidden”
It struck me! I am light! Why had I chosen to leave the world without fulfilling purpose?
I knew I had been wrong with the silly thought I had earlier. Then I made a simple but heartfelt prayer and like a dream every symptoms seized. I felt strong and absolutely perfect. You see, destiny is not an accident but a calculated incident. We always have choices to make as humans! God doesn’t give up on us except we give up on ourselves!

WWF-BREAD AND WINE CONCEPT

WWF3.jpgI believe God is preparing His people for the tasks ahead. And we must take to as many instructions He gives us as possible, because He knows better why He gives us these things, even though sometimes we may think, what’s the need for all these?

I believe God is wanting us to take Holy Communion more serious than ever before. We should take this from time to time, and not only in church but also in our respective families and with our loved ones, and even by ourselves.

1 Corinthians 11:26 says, “For as often as ye eat this bread and drink this cup, ye do show the Lord’s death till He come.”

Now according to what the Lord made me understand, bread is basically for strength. This is beyond just the physical strength, maybe for our health. This strength is more connected to the faith needed to carry out God’s works. The wine is for the refreshing of our memory. It helps us think into God’s mind, think heavenly to have faith in God for our life.

Note this, very important and never to be forgotten: Anytime you are taking the bread and wine, you must see Jesus Christ as the One serving you, irrespective of who is physically serving you, even if you are the one serving yourself. Remember that our walk with the Lord is a walk of faith. The first ever bread and wine served was done in Genesis 13:17-24, when Melchizedek king of Salem (who is a figure of Jesus, Psalm 110:4, Hebrews 7:1-24) met with Abram and gave him as he returned from the battle.

Points to hold onto:
-Abram received bread and wine, and he was thoughtful enough to escape the temptation with the king of Sodom (Genesis 14:21-24). He was also strengthened to have faith in God for the promised child, Genesis 15:1-6.
-Jesus Christ Himself, being in the fashion of man, ate bread and wine with His disciples just before He died for us. This strengthened Him for the task before Him. It helped Him think right that not His own personal will, but the Father’s be done, (Matthew 26:26-46). The bread and wine helped Him overcome the final temptation as He prayed in the garden of Gethsemane.

In a nutshell, taking holy communion
-Also helps us overcome temptations of life.
-It prepares us for tasks before us, to give us a glorious end. And the tasks can be an interview, an exam, etc. We will be able to think right and be strengthened to take the right step.

I pray the blessing of this word shared be evident in us. We are blessed with the blessing of the Lord. Amen.

THE DISPENSATION OF GRACE (God’s open Test for the World)

Since the first coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, when he shed His blood for the whole word, God is no more angry with humans, nor unleashing His wrath upon the world as before. Why? He is not looking at the world directly any longer. He is now looking at the world through the blood of Jesus, who died for the whole world.

By nature, our God is holy and a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:29) and He is of purer eyes that He would never behold evil, and cannot look on iniquity (Habakkuk 1:13a). Also, when anything or person connected to sin comes close to Him (God) without any intermediate propitiation, fire spontaneously proceeds from Him to consume such.

This is the reason why the Israelites suffered so much devastation and many other nations were destroyed in the Old Testament but now the story has changed. There is no more unprotected, direct contact of humans with God again but through the blood of Jesus and the person of Jesus. This is also the reason why it seems as if God’s fear is fading because there is no more instant judgement for every evil committed per se. The only people that seem to receive an almost instant judgement now are those that go to the extreme in things they do as clearly stated in Ecclesiastes 7:16-17.

Nevertheless, I tell you, now is the time to fear God the more. Though it’s as if God has gone impotent and looks like He is not even concerned about happenings around (especially in churches), yet this God is still in control. Our God is still very much active and righteous and concerned about every thing. He is only waiting for the set time in His agenda (Acts 17:30-31). It is only at the last day the world will witness the wrath and the consuming fire of God of the Bible again. (Hebrews 12:28-29)

For now, it is an open-test season for all and sundry, when whosoever does whatsoever they like, even in Church and it will appear as if there is no God but He has given us His Word in the Bible and it is with this Word He shall judge everyone at the last day. (John 12:46-50)

So brethren, be encouraged for if we dread our teachers or lecturers open test where every one has an absolute freedom to do just anything in the exam hall, how much more should God’s open test be feared and carefully approached!

Matthew 24:11-13 says,

“And many false prophets shall rise and shall deceive many . And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.”

This I say and declare today and always. My love for God shall not wax cold. What about you?

Thank you!

Here’s PROOF!

DareDreamDoImage: http://tech.co

The next time you walk up to someone and boast you can do something, I am probably guessing the next words that will effortlessly flow from the lips of this someone would sound something like Prove it!

So here’s a thought, you claim to have a dream and truthfully I do not believe you but before you ramble on with your history, prospects and all what-nots

Here’s how you can prove it

Be quiet enough to hear Him lead you

Be arrogant enough to believe it

Be patient enough to plan for it

Be bold enough to act on it

Be crazy enough to pursue it

and Be wise enough to know its not about only you
