THE BRANCH

It could not stand on its own,
Accepting advices from friends and foe,
Not refusing deceit,
Allowing the little foxes,
Not hurting the Vine alone, but He that dresses it
It used an axe on itself
how can a branch cut from the Vine that made it? But it did
Mrs Winter came mocking, causing it to be stuck and immobile.
And it got confused.
Trying to be wise.
What a fool it was.
Mr Cankerworm in it was working,
This time not just sapping the branch’s daily bread
But blocking its passage of nutrients to it.
He stung it,Mr Guilt
A spoilt branch cannot stay in the Vine.
Even though the Vine held it so tight
With Mr Guilt’s help
It removes itself out of shame
Being ungrafted by the Vine dresser,
Yet still so was His plan.
It could not save itself
Just like cleaning a stained garment with dirty hands,
It could not redeem itself.
The results came, and Mr Guilty was its name.
With wet pillows it sought the Vine
Like Nicodemus,always at night
And broken was the heart of He who made it.
Taken up to be grafted back in the Vine.
It feels like a stranger seeing new branches stronger than it.
It fears they will estrange it.
But with much food from the Vine,it learns not to compare.
Now boldy it declares,”I was made for a purpose. To help set free those like my former self.
Even though Mr Guilt gave it reasons to be with him.
It now knows where it truly belong.
Though it may be at the crossroads
The Vine will guide it through all things.
For He is the delight of the Vinedresser.

BUILT Up!

In Matthew 16:18, Jesus says I (all by Himself) will build my church and the gates of hell shan’t prevail against it. Psalm 127:1 says, Except the Lord build the house, they labor but in vain that build, and if He doesn’t watch over the city, the watchman keeps vigil in vain.

So, I say to you this day, let Jesus build that house of victory over whatsoever addiction and all kinds of challenges, then the gates of hell shan’t ever prevail against it.

Remember that each of us represent church. So, Jesus is referring to you and me, and everything that is connected to us. We are His building the Bible makes us understand.

Until you let Him be a sole Builder of whatever aspect of your life you desire a glorious change and manifestation, which should include all about you anyways, the gates of hell shall always prevail somehow.

Receive and respond to this revelation today and see things changing gloriously always.

You just say, “Lord Jesus come build this ‘so and so’ aspect of my life according to Your Word, that the gates of hell may not prevail against it.” And say further, “I am built up of You, my Lord Jesus and I am established forever. Now the gates of hell shan’t ever prevail against me. Glory!
Amen.

God bless us all.

WWF: Exploring The Mind Of Christ (Part 1)

1 Corinthians 2:11-16 (verse 16 emphasized)

The mind of Christ is the very mind of God the Father. Jesus said, “I and My Father are One.” John 10:30, 14:8-10.

By way of introduction: The state of our mind determines what comes forth of us. We can’t be better than the state of our mind. A better life begins with a better mind. A transformed life begins with a transformed mind, Romans 12:2. And a life that will end well is a function of an ending-well projecting-mind. (Note, this cuts across every sphere of life.) If you can’t be certain of you ending well in your mind, you may never end well, save for God’s mercy.

What your mind permits, your life permits.

Let me say further, an ending-well mind is a mind that is proactive in nature. That is, it controls situations by making things happen, rather than merely responding or reacting to the happenings. This is how our God operates, as the only One that has the supremacy over everything and all.

An ending-well projecting-mind thinks positively into a lasting and an enduring solution ahead of time. It is a mind that has things well planned out from the very outset. I want to tell you again, that’s my God! God makes no mistake. Isaiah 46:9-11.

If only we will tune in to operate in this realm, we will always put the devil where he belongs, bruised under our feet. But we are too preoccupied with a lot of things that don’t count toward the kingdom of God. Our priority is just so wrong. And we keep on suffering for it…

To be continued next week.

Grace!
